About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join HL as a Scenario Testing Analyst. You will support in the day-to-day management of the Scenario Testing Plan, through drawing data sources together to support the design of scenario tests. You will identify trends, produce dashboards and ensure that root cause analysis is consistently applied. Through the execution phase of testing, the scenario analyst will support the organisation of meetings and act as secretary during tests.

We have a mixture of permanent and fixed term contract vacancies for this position.

What you'll be doing:

  • Organisation of scenario testing/incident meetings.
  • Act as secretary throughout tests, ensuring a high quality of minutes, decisions, assumptions and actions are captured and tracked. This includes supporting the Incident Management Lead as secretary during live incidents.
  • Use tools such as Metric Stream, CL360 and other data sources to pull together data to support the design of scenario tests and complete trend analysis.
  • Use of communication tools such as Everbridge during tests and live incidents to communicate with stakeholders.
  • Create horizon scanning dashboards that will inform the scenario testing plan, using data analysis from sources including risk, incident, loss events and control failures.
  • Ensure actions following testing and incidents are logged in the appropriate action management tool, and tracked through to completion.

Interview process:

This will be a two stage interview process, consisting of competency and behavioural based questions and an assessment task.

Working Schedule:

This role is permanent, full time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. We have returned to the office, however for this role we offer a flexible working pattern.
