Job Description

Everything we do in the Client Records team works to deliver this strategy. We operate controls to ensure that we process client assets in line with client instructions and regulatory requirements. The team works in a fast-paced environment, interacting with numerous areas of the business and clients. The successful candidate will flourish when working closely as part of a team to complete core tasks, whilst also understanding the importance of taking individual ownership of their work. In line with the HL values, the successful candidate will have a desire to improve existing processes, grow their own knowledge, and implement change.
Within the Operations team we have a large range of daily tasks. We are responsible for general management of client information.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Disclosing client information to third party organizations
- Process our Junior ISA accounts - maintain records, updates, conversions
- To action incoming client and third party queries, by post and email
- Liaise and support our helpdesk function and other teams - answering and monitoring daily requests into the team.
- Collaboration with other departments to ensure a smooth client journey
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies on accounts
- Operate a range of daily and monthly controls
- Communicate effectively with clients, maintaining high levels of service in all situations
- Ensuring team processes are reliable and effective
- Taking part in wider department projects when opportunities arise
About you
Essential
- 3 A Levels (or equivalent)
- Have worked in a fast moving environment, with a proven ability to work to the highest possible standards of accuracy and service.
- Have worked as part of an effective and successful team
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong team member who can manage fluctuating workloads
- Ability to learn quickly, and apply knowledge within differing contexts
Desirable
- Experience of in-house systems, such as Broker Focus and Atlas
