Responsibilities
- Design and shape HL\'s AI governance: Create and roll out frameworks, policies, and standards for responsible AI use that align with HL\'s values, regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Manage our AI risk exposure: Develop AI impact assessment methodologies; create and maintain an AI system inventory and classification framework based on risk levels and use cases.
- Lead on ethical approach to AI: Develop and embed ethical principles for AI development and deployment, addressing fairness, transparency, accountability and human rights considerations.
- Be an advocate on best practice AI usage: Champion responsible AI practices across technical and business teams through education, guidance and consultation. Build awareness and capability through training programmes, workshops, and communication initiatives.
