We are looking for a Senior Client Insight Analyst to join our Commercial Performance Analytics team. This role focuses on understanding what drives client behaviour, profitability and growth, and turning that into clear actions.

Role Responsibilities

  • Deliver insight on client performance, profitability and growth.
  • Translate analysis into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Identify trends and opportunities to improve performance.
  • Partner with stakeholders to shape decisions and strategy.
  • Support development of client value and commercial models.

Experience

  • Strong analytical background within data or insight roles.
  • Advanced SQL capability and experience working with large datasets.
  • Experience influencing stakeholders through insight.
  • Experience translating analysis into commercial outcomes.

Knowledge

  • Understanding of commercial drivers such as lifetime value and retention.
  • Experience using analytical tools such as Python.
  • Understanding of reporting and visualisation.
  • Experience in commercially focused roles.
