Hargreaves Lansdown is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Dealing Journeys squad within the Trading Tribe.

You will guide four core areas: people, delivery, technical decision-making, and strategic alignment, bridging engineering and business outcomes to deliver fast, reliable client journeys.

You will mentor engineers, own the roadmap with the Product Manager, and shape scalable solutions using React/React Native, AWS, Docker and Kubernetes.
