You'll support discovery research and lead validation testing, collaborating closely with stakeholders to design studies that showcase the value of a user‑centred, data‑driven approach to problem‑solving.

Your actionable insights will empower product teams and stakeholders to improve client outcomes and drive organisational success.

You'll also champion collaboration, adhere to best practices and governance, and contribute to the growth and development of the wider research team—helping to build a positive, high‑performing culture.

Responsibilities

  • Planning and executing research studies across a range of research methods including usability testing, interviews, workshops, surveys, and A/B testing.
  • Conducting quantitative analysis through surveys, A/B testing, and data and analytics tools to uncover trends, measure usability, and validate hypotheses.
  • Collaborating with senior researchers on broader programs of work, aligning studies to business objectives.
  • Analyzing and synthesizing data into clear, actionable findings.
  • Working closely with designers and product managers to iterate based on client feedback.
  • Presenting insights and data through concise storytelling, adapted for relevant audiences.
  • Designing and delivering mixed‑method research, including usability testing, interviews, surveys, A/B testing, and workshops, to generate well‑rounded insights.
  • Developing strong surveys and discussion guides, applying statistical and qualitative analysis to uncover drivers of client behaviour and experience.
  • Supporting and improving CX measurement programmes (NPS, CSAT, Net Ease), spotting trends and themes that highlight opportunities and risks.
  • Translating findings into clear, actionable recommendations to help iterate based on client feedback.
  • Synthesizing data and feedback into compelling insight‑led stories tailored to different stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with cross‑functional teams and senior researchers to align studies to broader business objectives.
  • Helping build and maintain research artifacts, including personas, playbooks, and insight repositories.
  • Upholding high standards of data quality, governance, and research practice, while contributing to team ceremonies and research ops.
  • Leveraging AI and LLM tools to improve research efficiency while maintaining methodological rigour.

Qualifications

  • Experience in UX / user research or related role(s) with a portfolio of impactful research work across products, or platforms.
  • Solid understanding of research design and core methodologies including both quantitative (e. g., survey design, statistical analysis, large‑scale data interpretation) and qualitative (e. g., ethnography, usability testing, contextual inquiry) research.
  • Comfortable operating independently on smaller projects.
  • Experience working in agile, cross‑functional teams with product and design leaders.
  • Strong organisational skills, with attention to detail and research rigour.
  • Comfortable using AI/LLM tools to work smarter and faster, without losing rigour.
