About the role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Trading team, responsible for driving the performance, growth, and evolution of our trading and brokerage capabilities.

You will own key trading journeys and products end-to-end, combining commercial ownership, product leadership, and market expertise to deliver outstanding client outcomes and business results.

Working across Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, and external partners, you will help deliver a market leading trading experience.

  • What you’ll be doing
  • Own the commercial performance of trading products, driving growth in activity, engagement, and revenue
  • Identify and deliver revenue opportunities through pricing, proposition development, and optimisation of client journeys
  • Define and own product vision, strategy, roadmap, and KPIs, aligned to client, regulatory, and commercial objectives
  • Use data, analytics, and customer insight to inform decision‑making and prioritisation
  • Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver roadmap initiatives and measurable outcomes at pace
  • Optimise trading journeys and platform capabilities to improve client experience and execution outcomes
  • Ensure products meet Consumer Duty, Product Governance, and regulatory requirements
  • Support regulatory change and embed market structure and execution considerations into product design
  • Manage operational, conduct, and trading risks, supporting governance and decision‑making forums
  • Influence senior stakeholders and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance trading capabilities

About you

  • Strong experience in Product or Proposition Management within Trading, Brokerage, or Financial Services
  • Proven ability to own or influence product performance, growth, and commercial outcomes
  • Deep understanding of trading journeys, brokerage products, and market structure
  • Strong knowledge of UK regulatory environment, including Consumer Duty
  • Experience defining product strategies, owning roadmaps, and delivering measurable outcomes
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving capability, using data to drive decisions
  • Experience working in cross‑functional agile teams
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience with retail investment platforms or high‑volume trading environments
  • Knowledge of Mi FID II, best execution, and trading venue governance
  • Understanding of execution models, broker relationships, or RSP networks
  • Experience with pricing strategy, commercial modelling, or P&L‑driven decision making
  • Familiarity with trading performance metrics and execution quality concepts

The Senior Product Manager role is a permanent, full‑time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Our office is based in Bristol, BS1 5HL.

Hybrid working is available where only 2‑3 days a week is required in the office.
