We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to deliver innovative technical solutions and support our expanding platform. Reporting to the Design & Build Engineering Manager, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining high-quality solutions aligned with best practices and business needs.
What you will be doing:
- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and APIs.
- Maintain and enhance platform performance and reliability.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering Managers, DevOps, QA, Support, and external consultants.
- Resolve technical challenges and ensure solutions align with business objectives.
- Keep documentation up to date and share best practices.
About you:
- Proven Salesforce development experience and strong understanding of architecture, tools, and best practices.
- Hands-on expertise with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, APIs, and deployments.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I & II, Administrator) highly desirable.
- Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
Desirable:
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning, App Builder, Data Cloud, and Agile delivery.
- Knowledge of third-party integrations (e.g., marketing automation, Einstein).
Interview Process: 2-stage interview, including one on-site in the Bristol office.
Working Schedule: We are based in Bristol, BS1 5HL. This role is permanent, full time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. We have returned to the office; however, for this role we offer a hybrid flexible working pattern to enable you the option of working from home.
