Hargreaves Lansdown PLC in Bristol seeks an experienced leader to run IT Service Operations across heritage and cloud-native platforms, ensuring reliable, secure and scalable services. You will manage a multi-disciplinary team, own incident response and SLAs, and partner with engineering and DevOps.

This role is based at our Bristol head office, 37.5 hours per week, with a hybrid schedule returning to the office three days a week.
