About the role

The Reconciliations team work in a fast-paced friendly environment where they’re charged with giving clients the certainty that their cash and assets are secure at all times. We are looking for a new team member who can excel, whether working as part of a dedicated thriving team or on solo projects, with a desire to influence internal change in an ever-evolving regulatory climate. The role is a mixture of operational and regulatory focus which can provide a varied and interesting role for the right individual.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure the timely and accurate completion of reconciliations in compliance with CASS regulation.
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive the prompt resolution of any discrepancies found.
  • Compile and submit regular attestations to internal stakeholders as well as the FCA.
  • Contribute to ensuring all relevant controls are robust, operated effectively and fully documented.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • A levels (or equivalent)

KNOWLEDGE

  • Computer literate, particularly with Microsoft Excel
  • In-depth knowledge of HL products and services

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous reconciliations experience

SKILLS

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good written and numeracy skills
  • Ability to prioritise own workload
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to remain professional under pressure
