About the role An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our central GCRO (Group Chief Risk Officer) team in the role of Risk Reporting Manager. You will manage the current risk reporting process for the Second Line of Defence function within Risk and Compliance by reviewing existing reporting processes, data sources and capabilities. You will operate autonomously and will be responsible for enhancing the current reporting capability through the development of new reports, automation and utilisation of golden source data (e.g. MetricStream) to provide improved data insights for senior management within second line and HL. You will also have line management responsibility for a Risk Reporting Analyst.
