About the role

The Mar Tech Analyst supports the delivery of data-driven activation across HL’s client journeys by implementing campaigns, building audiences, and supporting Mar Tech configuration and data pipelines.

The role works on defined problems and tasks, applying Mar Tech and SQL skills to deliver solutions, with guidance and support from more senior team members.

  • Implement campaigns and activation logic within the Mar Tech stack.
  • Build and maintain audiences and data queries using SQL.
  • Support testing, validation, and deployment of Mar Tech solutions.
  • Work with Analysts and Seniors to ensure accurate data usage and tagging.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and delivery timelines.
  • Implement campaigns and activation logic within the Mar Tech stack.
  • Build and maintain audiences and data queries using SQL.
  • Support testing, validation, and deployment of Mar Tech solutions.

About you

  • Experience working with Mar Tech platforms and campaign tools.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and event or customer-level data at scale in a cloud platform.
  • Ability to deliver defined tasks independently, escalating when needed.
  • Experience with Digital industry delivery.
  • Experience in financial services or regulated industries preferred but not required.
  • Interview process

The interview process for this role is two stages including technical competency-based questions and a scenario task.

Working Schedule

This role is based in Bristol head office, BS1 5HL. This role is permanent, full time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. We have returned to the office 3 days a week.
