About the role
The B2B Marketing Manager will plan and deliver targeted marketing activity to promote HL’s workplace pension scheme and related services to employers and employee benefits consultants.
The role will generate awareness, support lead generation and provide sales enablement content that helps convert employer and intermediary opportunities into commercial growth.
- What you'll be doing
- Develop and deliver B2B marketing campaigns targeting employers, employee benefits consultants and other workplace intermediaries.
- Create clear proposition messaging and content that explains the value of HL Workplace pensions and services.
- Partner with Workplace Sales to support priority prospects, consultant relationships and pipeline opportunities.
- Produce sales enablement materials including pitch content, case studies, brochures, guides and digital assets.
- Use market, client and campaign insight to refine targeting, messaging and channel activity.
- Track campaign performance, lead quality and pipeline contribution, recommending improvements where needed.
- Ensure all activity is on-brand, compliant and delivered through appropriate approval processes.
About you
- Experience in B2B marketing, ideally within financial services, workplace pensions, employee benefits or another regulated sector.
- Strong understanding of campaign planning, lead generation, nurture activity and sales enablement.
- Experience working closely with sales teams in a pipeline-driven environment.
- Experience reporting against lead, opportunity and pipeline metrics.
- Good knowledge of CRM, marketing automation and campaign reporting tools; Salesforce Marketing Cloud /Pardot desirable.
- Understanding of employer, HR, Reward, Finance and consultant-led buying journeys.
- Strong written communication and ability to simplify complex propositions.
- Commercial mindset with focus on measurable marketing impact.

This role is permanent, full time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
For this role we offer a hybrid flexible working pattern to enable you the option of working from home and coming into the office (minimum 3 days).
