About the role
Hargreaves Lansdown (HL) are recruiting for a Workplace Operations Administrator to join the team on a 12-month fixed term contract. This is an exciting role where you'll be undertaking monthly checks on pension contribution schedules which are submitted by employers to ensure that they are correct and in line with the employers' contribution structure and meeting Pension Regulator guidelines. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys analysing data.
What you'll be doing:
- Undertaking tasks relating to the monitoring of monthly contributions received from employers into the Group SIPP.
- Analysing data to identify any potential errors.
- Raising queries with employers to obtain further information.
- Escalating breaches of the Pensions Regulator guidelines relating to submission of pension contributions to Senior Managers.
- Maintaining schemes and member records on HL systems thereby ensuring our records are up to date.
- Investigating and resolving basic employer and member queries.
About you:
- Good understanding of products and investments available through HL.
- Administrative and client service experience and use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload.
- Proactive and demonstrate great attention to detail.
- Financial Services background highly desirable.
Interview process
The interview process for this role will be a one stage Teams interview consisting of competency-based questions.
Working Schedule
This role is based in our Bristol head office, BS1 5HL. This is a permanent full-time role, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. We have returned to the office, however for this role we offer a hybrid flexible working pattern of working in the office and at home. Ideally, we would like you to come into the office three times a week.
Salary
The salary on offer is up to £23,000 depending on experience.
