About the role
Hargreaves Lansdown (HL) are recruiting for a Business Creation Manager (Tender Specialist) to join the Workplace team. The purpose of the role is to 'generate demand' for our Workplace SIPP and wider savings services from companies within our target market. Assisting the Employee Benefit Consultants (EBC) sales channel to convert the generated demand into interest and finally into new business is the daily responsibility.
What you'll be doing:
- Writing quality tender responses for Workplace's new business pension opportunities through direct and intermediary sales channels.
- Leading the creation of new business presentation pitch deck/materials.
- Managing completion of EBC research questionnaires to ensure that all aspects of the proposition and wider HL services/controls are accurately represented.
- Preparing and coordinating prospective employer and EBC visits at Hargreaves Lansdown.
About you:
- Understanding of operational/propositional/technical aspects of HL products.
- Experience of working in a commercial organisation and liaising with all levels of stakeholder.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellence in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Organised to deliver to tight deadlines.
- Ability to work, and be resilient, in a fast paced and changeable environment.

Working Schedule
This role is based in our Bristol head office, BS1 5HL. This is a permanent full-time role, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. We have returned to the office, however for this role we offer a hybrid flexible working pattern of working in the office and at home.
