About the role: We have a new role open in our omni channel community and you could be who we are looking for! As part of our Omni Recruitment and Onboarding Team, you will support hiring Managers across our omni channel to deliver a consistent flow of high calibre candidates to support the delivery of Client Service. To proactively build networks externally and source candidates building a talent pipeline.
What you’ll be doing: Your responsibilities for this role but not restricted to are:
- Uploading job adverts across multiple job boards using the Workday system via Broadbean.
- Fully utilising the functionality of job boards to ensure adverts are prominent and attractive and using search features to identify suitable talent.
- Full use of the Workday system to manage the candidate journey and ensure we build an internal talent database.
- Review CVs and manage candidates through the selection journey ensuring candidates are kept warm and offer conversions are high.
- Screen candidates in line with requirements set by the Hiring Managers.
- Working closely and in collaboration with internal teams including HR Operations, Training team and the Senior Leadership team in Omni.
About you:
Essential:- A passion for recruitment and finding the right candidate for the role.
- Experience working with customers verbally over the telephone.
- Working collaboratively to achieve a deadline.
- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience working within a resourcing or recruitment role.
- Confident in using various job boards.
- Working with third parties e.g. agencies, careers fairs, universities.
- Experience using an ATS system.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
- Proven track record of meeting recruitment deadlines at a high volume.
Interview process: A competency‑based interview conducted on‑line via Microsoft teams.
Working Schedule: The role is based in our Bristol head office, BS1 5HL. The working hours we offer are Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am to 6pm, 37.5 hours full time. We embrace flexibility for all not the few so please let us know in your application the working hours you are looking for. We support hybrid working once you have successfully completed your training and are confident on the phone.
