S&B Utilities is currently seeking experienced
Civils Operatives to join our team.
The Civils Operative is responsible for the hands-on construction, maintenance, and repair of water network infrastructures, across our operations both regionally and nationally.
The role briefly encompasses the following: -
- Performing tasks safely and according to quality standards.
- Following instructions to complete activities.
- Ensuring high-quality work.
- Assisting in timely project delivery.
- Identifying efficiencies and innovations.
- Showing willingness to undergo industry and specialist training.
- The ideal candidate will possess the following skills/experience/ attributes:-
- Experience: a background in the water industry is preferred.
- Certifications: CSCS, EUSR Blue Card, Confined Space, EUSR Deep Excavations desirable, full UK driving licence.
- IT Skills: basic knowledge
- Health & Safety: basic knowledge as a minimum
- Customer Service: Strong focus.
- Soft Skills: problem-solving, team collaboration.
- Personality Traits: confident, friendly, adaptable, safety-conscious, tolerant, punctual, flexible.
