Job Overview: We are currently looking for an experienced LGV C+E driver to join our supportive and safety-focused Transport team at the Killingholme site as a Bulk Tipper Driver. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a well-established operation, where your contribution will be valued and your career supported. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day-to-day work and takes pride in delivering excellent service. Our 4 on 4 off shift system offers the perfect work/life balance; the benefits of which include working only 4 days in a row, 4 consecutive days off, fewer commutes allowing more free time, more personal time for travel, family, hobbies and rest and providing you with a consistent rota for easy planning.
Responsibilities:
- Operate bulk tipper vehicles primarily on the Phillips66 contract, with additional work on other local contracts.
- Safely transport bulk materials, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries.
- Work to a rota system, which includes weekend shifts and occasional night work.
- Carry out vehicle checks and ensure compliance with all transport regulations.
- Maintain accurate and auditable documentation for each journey.
Qualifications:
- A valid LGV C+E licence and Driver CPC Qualification Card.
- Proven experience operating bulk tipper trailers.
- A strong commitment to Health & Safety standards.
- Excellent timekeeping and a willingness to work flexibly, including overtime.
- A team-oriented mindset and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients.
- Good communication skills and a professional approach to customer service.
- High standards of personal presentation.
- Confidence in completing paperwork accurately and efficiently.
