We are looking for a HSE Advisor to join our team based in Hong Kong to oversee Quality, Health, Safety, Security & Environment standards across a number of our client sites.
This role offers a salary of circa £60k plus a comprehensive relocation package to Hong Kong.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement QHSSE strategies and policies.
- Oversee Management Systems rollout.
- Monitor training completion for employees and contractors.
- Conduct legal audits for HSSE compliance.
- Track and report QHSSE performance and KPIs.
- Identify and mitigate HSSE risks.
- Lead regular HSSE audits and develop compliance dashboards.
- Implement key QHSSE processes and capture lessons learned.
- Contribute to QHSSE standards and best practices.
- Assist in developing digital QHSSE solutions.
Requirements:
- HSSE experience, preferably internationally.
- Experience in organisational change and HSSE cultural programs.
- Proficient in PowerBI and data handling.
- Experience delivering IOSH and NEBOSH courses is a plus.
Education:
- NEBOSH diploma and ISO Lead Auditor certification.
