We are looking for a HSE Advisor to join our team based in Hong Kong to oversee Quality, Health, Safety, Security & Environment standards across a number of our client sites. Key Responsibilities: Implement QHSSE strategies and policies. Oversee Management Systems rollout. Monitor training completion for employees and contractors. Conduct legal audits for HSSE compliance. Track and report QHSSE performance and KPIs. Identify and mitigate HSSE risks. Lead regular HSSE audits and develop compliance dashboards. Implement key QHSSE processes and capture lessons learned. Contribute to QHSSE standards and best practices. Assist in developing digital QHSSE solutions. Requirements: HSSE experience, preferably internationally. Experience in organisational change and HSSE cultural programs. Proficient in PowerBI and data handling. Experience delivering IOSH and NEBOSH courses is a plus. Education: NEBOSH diploma and ISO Lead Auditor certification. This role offers a salary of circa £60k plus a comprehensive relocation package to Hong Kong.
