Hargreaves Foundry Group are seeking a Project & Business Change Manager as it faces significant growth & change opportunities, including site redevelopment and/or relocation, expansion of product offering, and improvement of operational efficiencies. This is a very hands-on and practical role, most suited to someone from a manufacturing, warehousing and/or property development background.
Main Responsibilities
- Define project scope, create detailed plans, set milestones, and monitor expenditure within budget constraints.
- Develop stakeholder engagement to create buy-in, address concerns, report progress, manage expectations, and maximise effective communication.
- Engage & liaise with 3rd party organisations (local authorities, contractors, equipment suppliers etc.), managing the project from conception through to completion.
- Anticipate and mitigate potential problems and resistance by supporting employees, coaching managers, resolving issues and addressing concerns directly.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience of warehousing, manufacturing, and/or property development environments.
- Proven experience in organisational change management, project management, or business transformation.
- Working knowledge of UK Town Planning/Building Regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to organise, lead, motivate, and direct cross-functional teams.
