Location: Braintree, Essex
Salary: £47,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
We are recruiting an experienced Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) to join a specialist SEND school in Essex.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced SENCO who is passionate about improving outcomes for children and young people with additional needs and wants to play a key role in shaping and developing SEND provision across the school.
The Role
As SENCO, you will lead and continuously develop SEND provision, working closely with the Headteacher, teaching staff, families and external professionals.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading SEND provision, policy and inclusive practice across the school
- Coordinating EHCPs, assessments, annual reviews and statutory processes
