Requirements

  • Proven experience within an Ofsted-regulated children's home
  • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent); Level 5 desirable
  • Strong leadership, supervision, and mentoring skills
  • Excellent understanding of safeguarding and regulatory frameworks
  • Passionate about achieving positive outcomes for children and young people

Please note: Experience in an Ofsted-regulated children's home is essential for this role. Applicants without relevant experience cannot be considered.
