We are recruiting for a Deputy Manager to join an established children's residential service in Peterborough supporting young people with complex needs. This is an opportunity to join a provider with long-standing sector experience, a stable structure, and a strong focus on delivering high-quality care and positive outcomes for young people.
The role would suit an experienced Senior Residential Support Worker, Team Leader or current Deputy Manager ready to progress within a well-supported environment.

What we are looking for:
- An experienced residential childcare professional with strong safeguarding knowledge, confidence leading shifts, and experience supporting young people with complex needs within a residential setting.
- Level 3 Residential Childcare is essential.
- A full UK driving licence is strongly preferred.
