An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Children's Home Manager to open and run a brand new children's home in Ilford. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the management of the home, ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations, delivering outstanding care, and leading a dedicated staff team. They will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining a high-quality residential service where children feel safe, valued, and supported to achieve positive outcomes.

Requirements
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards)
- Minimum two years experience in a children's residential setting, with at least one year in a management or senior role
- Strong understanding of Children's Home Regulations and the Social Care Common Inspection Framework
- Ability to lead, inspire, and develop a resilient and motivated staff team
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding, risk management, and child protection
- Experience managing budgets and ensuring effective resource allocation
- Full UK driving licence
