DEPUTY MANAGER – CHILDREN'S RESIDENTIAL HOME Sandon, Staffordshire | £37,000–£45,000 DOE | Monday–Friday 9am to 5pm Are you an experienced children's residential Deputy Manager looking for something a little different from the standard three-bed home? We're recruiting for a three-bed EBD children's home based within an impressive Grade II listed property in Sandon , surrounded by acres of land and providing young people with a spacious, homely environment in which to thrive. This is an opportunity to join a growing children's residential provider with an expanding portfolio across Staffordshire and Derbyshire. The Role Working alongside the Registered Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day leadership of the home, supporting the staff team and ensuring consistently high standards of care.
