Childrens Residential Home (Derby)

Salary: Up to £36,000

  • 2 years experience in an Ofsted-regulated childrens residential home (essential)
  • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)

  • Confident shift leader able to manage staffing issues and young peoples behaviours
  • Ability to supervise staff and support their development
  • Experience completing management tasks set by the Registered Manager
  • Ability to carry out staff inductions
  • Willingness to act as a designated lead for the Registered Manager
  • Supportive, resilient leadership style
