Heartwood Collection is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. The role offers a basic rate up to £13.10 per hour plus TRONC, with On Target Earnings of £15.50–£16 including TRONC.
We operate award-winning pubs and brasseries delivering fresh, seasonal dishes across our estate. You will work across at least two kitchen sections and follow recipes, leveraging 3–4 years of service experience and intermediate knife skills.
