We are currently seeking a talented Wedding & Events Coordinator at The Hare & Hounds. A magnificent country house in The Cotswolds set amongst an English country garden and surrounding woodlands, the local area offers an abundance of outdoor activities. There are 42 beautifully designed rooms spread out over different buildings all providing a traditional yet luxurious experience. It is a busy, fast-paced environment which in addition to the Bars & Restaurant is also a sought-after Wedding venue, catering for up to approximately 80 weddings a year plus private events of up to 120 people.
As a Sales & Events Coordinator you will report to the General Manager about enquiries, show rounds, quotations, bookings and client meetings. You will be required to be available on the day of a wedding itself to work alongside managers to ensure the Bride & Groom have the perfect day.
The ideal candidate will be able to successfully demonstrate an approachable yet friendly sales manner with potential clients, have a keen eye for detail, sharp organisational skills and be able to prioritise their workload effectively. Time management in this multi-faceted role is also key, within our busy, high-energy business!
