£22,000 – £25,000 basic
Commission 1% of Hale office Sales pot each month (paid monthly in arrears) + Mortgage and Solicitor referral payments

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Advertise available properties and attract potential buyers.
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information.
- Screen and evaluate Sales applications, registering accurately.
- Negotiate Sales between Vendors and buyers.
- Stay up-to-date with real estate laws and regulations.
- Build relationships with potential buyers to bring the right homes to their attention.
- Welcoming buyers and vendors to branch with warmth and professionalism.
- Turning inbound enquiries into valuation appointments for senior staff.
- Keeping all parties updated through every stage of their property journey.
- Working toward team goals with a shared sense of pride and purpose.
Experience & You:
We’re looking for someone with previous experience as a Sales Negotiator – how long you’ve done it matters less than who you are. If you’re proactive, confident, genuine, and great to be around, you’ll fit right in.
