Are you a confident, customer-focused, and highly organized professional? An award-winning canal side neighborhood in Salford/Manchester, is looking for a Residential Manager to oversee operations at our vibrant, growing community.

Salary: £35k – £38k DOE

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm

Parking: On-site

Clothing Allowance: £500 per annum

What You’ll Do:

Ensure smooth daily operations in the marketing suite & show apartment

Oversee sales conveyancing & liaise with solicitors & clients

Manage home handovers & customer care, ensuring top-notch service

Handle administrative tasks, reports, and sales updates

What We’re Looking For:

Warm, welcoming, and methodical personality

Strong knowledge of legal processes, contracts & leases

Proactive, organized & able to juggle multiple responsibilities

Willing to get stuck in and make a real impact
