An award-winning canal side neighborhood in Salford/Manchester, is looking for a Residential Manager to oversee operations at our vibrant, growing community. 💰 Salary: £35k – £38k DOE ⏰ Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm 🚗 Parking: On-site 👗 Clothing Allowance: £500 per annum What You’ll Do: 🏡 Ensure smooth daily operations in the marketing suite & show apartment 📑 Oversee sales conveyancing & liaise with solicitors & clients 🔑 Manage home handovers & customer care, ensuring top-notch service 📊 Handle administrative tasks, reports, and sales updates What We’re Looking For: ✔️ Warm, welcoming, and methodical personality ✔️ Strong knowledge of legal processes, contracts & leases ✔️ Proactive, organized & able to juggle multiple responsibilities ✔️ Willing to get stuck in and make a real impact With many exciting phases ahead, this is a fantastic long-term opportunity!
