A fabulous accountancy and payroll company in Stockport are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their bustling team in their state of the art office in Bramhall, Stockport. Please read the following job description thoroughly to ensure you are the right fit for this role before applying.

£25,000 Basic Salary + Benefits

Working 8:30-6pm Monday to Friday you will:

  • Represent the business as a frontline ambassador and first point of contact, a team player with a can-do attitude.
  • Deliver a world class customer experience to all employees, contractors, partners and third parties without exception.
  • Act with honesty and integrity when delivering service support whilst exhibiting the core behaviours and values.
  • Work individually and collectively towards core objectives, team goals, SLA’s and KPI’s whilst displaying a can-do attitude and positive mindset.
  • Manage all communication lines - WhatsApp, emails and calls and online presence - Trustpilot and Google Reviews.
  • Complete HR related enquiries - confirming employment status to HMRC and completing references.
  • Process the end of contract journey - pension and holiday pay refund before P45ing.
  • Educate and enlighten queries relating to payments, expenses and payslips.
  • Facilitate financial success by providing access to pensions and employee benefits portal.
  • Provide access to Timesheet Portal enabling smooth invoicing and timely payments.
  • Address complaints and insurance claims - from receiving feedback to tribunal level escalation.
