We are continuing to grow and if you want to as well then we would love to hear from you. We are looking for staff who want to be part of something ambitious and exciting, to join our established teams to push our business forward.
The ideal candidates will have some experience in landscaping already, but if that has been part of a non APL or BALI accredited company, you must be willing to adapt and potentially relearn certain aspects of your skillsets, which we are more than happy to support. Multi-skilled tradespeople are also very welcome to apply and will be considered, provided you are happy working outdoors.
Our success so far fundamentally comes down to our team and the ethos we do our best to install in all of our staff. There isn’t space for big personalities who want to come and impose 'quicker and easier ways of doing things'. We don’t cut corners and you need to be a team player, and in being one you will enable and support not only your growth with us, but that of the others around you.
Our work is predominantly high end, designer led and domestic. So every project is different and you will have the opportunity to work with all sorts of materials, really building your experience and portfolio. We are pushing for bigger and better projects, show build opportunities and award-winning gardens and cover London down to the South Coast. We are building two show gardens at RHS Chelsea 2026.
We are not trying to fill spaces quickly, but are running this ad to allow the right people who are looking for a new opportunity to find us and reach out for a chat. We take huge pride in our work and the company’s image with new high-end equipment and vehicles as well as having cameras around documenting what we are up to and how we operate.
If you are a passionate landscape gardener or horticulturalist we would love to hear from you, we believe we offer a fantastic opportunity for growth and development.
