- Undertake minor repairs and maintenance on an \'as and when necessary basis\' to enable the school to be maintained in a state of good repair.
- Ensure that the school site is secure each evening, including closing windows, locking doors and gates, and setting of the alarm.
- Carry out routine testing and monitoring of alarms, water temperatures / Legionella, play equipment and school minibus.
- Carry out emergency repairs where possible or contact the appropriate contractor.
