About the Role

- Provide one-to-one and group support to pupils
- Work alongside teachers to deliver high-quality teaching and learning

The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Hold GCSE English and Mathematics (Grade C/4 or above)
- Have a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or be willing to work towards it)
- Have experience supporting pupils with SEND and/or behavioural needs
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and work effectively as part of a team
- Be adaptable, proactive and resourceful
- Have a good understanding of safeguarding and child protection
