About the Role

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Hold GCSE English and Mathematics (Grade C/4 or above)
  • Have a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or be willing to work towards it)
  • Have experience supporting pupils with SEND and/or behavioural needs
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills and work effectively as part of a team
  • Be adaptable, proactive and resourceful
  • Have a good understanding of safeguarding and child protection
