Following the promotion of our current postholder, Hardwick andCambourne Primary School (HCCPS) is seeking an exceptional Head of Campus tojoin our unique and thriving split-site school.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented leader with a proventrack record of improving outcomes and driving high standards in teaching andlearning. You will be an excellent communicator and relationship-builder, ableto inspire, motivate and empower staff while making a lasting difference to thelives of children and families.
The role is ideally suited to an experienced Deputy Headteacher orsenior leader who is ready to take the next step in their leadership journey.You will work alongside our experienced Headteacher and Head of CambourneCampus, benefiting from strong professional support, collaboration and ongoingdevelopment opportunities.
