JOB MISSION
- Sell exhibition space and sponsorship for the annual event to new and recurring customers.
- Maintaining a strong sales pipeline through effective relationship building, call management and lead generation.
- Research and gather market intelligence to identify new potential customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Turn new opportunities for the trade show into confirmed exhibitors.
- Conduct proactive outbound prospecting activities, such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach, to identify potential customers and generate sales leads.
- Track and manage sales leads, opportunities, and follow-up activities to ensure a steady flow of qualified prospects and progress through the sales pipeline.
- Qualify leads based on established criteria to determine their fit and potential as prospective clients.
- Schedule appointments with qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and prospect information in the CRM system.
- Attending competitive events and industry trade shows for business development.

- Excellent expertise in using sales automation tools (e.g. Clay, Apollo, Outreach, SalesLoft), building and optimising outbound sales processes.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Hubspot, Pipedrive and Linkedin Sales Navigator.
- Strong proven track record of exceeding targets as well as managing and developing prospects to drive sales.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and emails to engage with potential leads.
- Highly self-motivated, proactive and able to take responsibility.
- Excellent ability to plan, organise and schedule efficiently and productively, focusing on key priorities. With the ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines.
