We are seeking an experienced and motivated Private Client Solicitor to join our busy office.
The Role
The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of private client matters, including:
- Drafting Wills and providing estate planning advice
- Administration of estates and probate matters
- Preparation and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Court of Protection matters
- Trust creation and administration
- Inheritance Tax planning
- Advising elderly and vulnerable clients
You will be expected to manage your own caseload independently while contributing to the continued growth and success of the department.
About You
The ideal candidate will:
- Be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with experience in Private Client work with at least 5 years PQE
- Have strong technical knowledge across all aspects of private client law
- Demonstrate excellent client care and communication skills
- Be organised, proactive and able to manage a busy caseload
- Have experience of business development (desirable)
- Be a team player with a positive and professional attitude
