We are looking to recruit 2 x Part Time Cleaning Operatives to join our team.
Duration
Permanent
Hours
Hours will vary from week to week, depending on your availability. We have a team of 70+ Cleaning Operatives doing over 700 hours per week in Halton, so there should be plenty of hours. All hours are Monday to Friday.
Shifts
Shift lengths vary from 1.5 hours to 3 hours. It is possible to do multiple shifts per day if you are available.
Hourly Pay rates
£13.45 Monday to Friday, £13.95 Weekends and £18.90 Bank Holidays.
Duties
Cover staff holidays and absences at various sites in Widnes, Runcorn or both. Duties include emptying bins, brushing and mopping floors, vacuuming carpets, cleaning toilets, cleaning and sanitising surfaces and touch points, and any other associated cleaning tasks.
Annual Leave
5.6 weeks paid annual leave per year.

What we ask from you
- Must be able to get to places of work for the required times (essential).
- Previous cleaning experience would be a welcome advantage but not essential as we provide full training.
- Ability to provide references is essential. Employment references are preferred but we will also accept education references or personal character references if employment references are not possible.
- Good standard of attendance, punctuality.
- Attention to detail, a conscientious attitude, willingness to learn and the ability to provide an excellent level of service.
As a new employee you will receive comprehensive job training to meet our standards via our Safe & Effective Cleaning training programme consisting of a training video and a fully paid training and induction session in our Widnes head office.
All new employees are also provided with free uniform (tabards or t-shirts). Additional uniform items can be purchased at subsidised rates. We also provide any necessary PPE.
