Harding+ seeks a proactive Crew Scheduler to ensure the right crew join ships with correct documentation from the right ports.

You will work within the HR team, handling onboarding, repatriation, and 24/7 travel support coverage on a 4-day rotation.

You’ll coordinate with shipboard management, manage schedules, maintain systems, and prepare monthly manning reports while ensuring compliance and timely processes in a hybrid Avonmouth role.
