Customer profiles change with every itinerary, buying decisions are influenced by destination and seasonality, and creating the right branded assortment requires both commercial instinct and a deep understanding of the customer.

We\'re looking for an experienced Brands Buyer to manage an exciting portfolio of leading fashion and lifestyle brands.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has established themselves within branded buying and is looking for a role that offers genuine variety, international exposure and the opportunity to shape assortments for a global retail business.

What Are We Looking For.

• Previous experience buying branded fashion or lifestyle products.
• Are you a junior buyer looking to take the next step.
• Strong commercial awareness with excellent analytical skills.
• Experience negotiating with branded suppliers.
• The confidence to influence both internal and external stakeholders.
• A passion for brands, trends and delivering exceptional product ranges.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple seasons and priorities.

Experience buying apparel, outerwear, accessories or premium lifestyle brands would be particularly valuable.

• What You\'ll Be Doing
• Managing a portfolio of established branded fashion and lifestyle suppliers.
• Building commercially successful assortments across brands and leading labels.
• Identifying new brands and product opportunities that will resonate with our international cruise guests.
• Developing strong relationships with brand partners and negotiating commercial terms.
• Planning seasonal ranges that reflect changing destinations, customer demographics and market trends.
• Analysing sales performance and using insight for future ranges.
• Working closely with Merchandising, Marketing, Operations and Visual Merchandising to deliver successful product launches.
• Managing supplier relationships to ensure product availability and timely deliveries.
• Attending trade shows, brand appointments and supplier meetings to stay ahead of emerging trends and opportunities.
