This isn’t a “watch and learn” role. It’s a “get stuck in and make things happen” one. At Harding+, we’re building how projects are delivered across a fast-moving, global business and this is a rare chance to be part of that from the start.

You won’t just be supporting projects in the background. Very quickly, you’ll be in the middle of them: running meetings, keeping people aligned, and making sure things actually move forward. You’ll be coached along the way, but you’ll also be trusted early. That balance is what makes this role different.

What The Role Looks Like

You’ll typically be juggling a handful of projects at once, and feel just as comfortable talking to your close colleagues as you would updating our senior leadership teams. Some days will be structured: plans, timelines, tracking progress. Others will be more hands-on: chasing actions, solving problems, keeping momentum high.

You’ll need to be someone people want to respond to, not someone they feel chased by. And sometimes? It’s just about rolling your sleeves up and doing what needs to be done. No ego, no “that’s not my job”, just getting it over the line.

Who This Suits

This could be your first step into project management, or your move out of a coordinator/EA-style role into something with more ownership.

What Matters Most Is How You Work

  • You’re organised, and agile when things change
  • Have confidence speaking to different people across a business
  • Got drive, resilience, and a natural sense of ownership
  • Being a problem solver that is keen to find fixes and solutions
  • You’re genuinely curious and want to build something (not just follow a process)

Why it’s worth it

You’ll own projects early, not just support them, and play a role in building a function from the ground up. You’ll gain exposure across a global business and genuinely make a name for yourself here. There’s no fixed ceiling... just how far you want to take it.

Key Details

  • Location: Avonmouth, Bristol (Hybrid: 2-3 days in office per week, Tuesday + Wednesday as a minimum)
  • Type: This is a permanent position
  • Salary: Competitive + bonus + benefits

At Harding+, everything we do is about Making Every Cruise Better, and that only works when the projects behind the scenes are delivered brilliantly. If you’re looking for something slow, structured, and predictable, this isn’t it. If you want to learn fast, take ownership, and be part of building something incredible... we’d love to hear from you.
