Harding+ is seeking a Senior Merchandiser for the Beauty division in Bristol, working hybrid with 2–3 in-office days (Tue–Thu). You will own WSSI and OTB, guiding stock investment to meet demand and margin targets, and lead weekly trading reviews with cross-functional teams to optimize performance.
You’ll coach junior colleagues, shape category planning and coordinate with Buying, Operations and Logistics to ensure timely product availability across global markets.
