If so, our Marketing Delivery Manager role could be the perfect fit for you! About the role: In this dynamic position, you\’ll be responsible for delivering the UK and European aspects of the annual marketing plan, tailored to each of our cruise line partners. Collaborating with the Central Operations team, Visual Merchandising team and wider Marketing team, you\’ll ensure all initiatives are delivered and installed to time and to budget, whilst noting feedback to be built into future briefs. Based in Avonmouth on a hybrid working basis – 2 days in office per week Compensation – competitive salary, bonus scheme, pension, 4 x life assurance, healthcare cash plan, 25 days leave annually (including Christmas shutdown) What you will be doing: Implement agreed marketing plans for UK and European cruise lines, with a focus on printed materials. Develop efficient processes between Marketing, VM, and Central Ops teams for flawless execution. Create feedback loops to drive continuous improvement and share best practices. Manage and documenting marketing calendars, tracking all activities for a rolling 12-month period. Collaborate with the Buying team to identify new marketing initiatives throughout the year. Work with the Global Senior Marketing Manager to align campaigns with global standards. About you: Previous experience in a Marketing role, with retail industry experience beneficial but not essential Strong organisational skills and a systematic approach to project management. Excellent interpersonal and collaborative abilities. Comfort juggling multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines. A passion for continuous improvement and innovative thinking.
