We’re currently looking for an eLearning Instructional Designer to help us bring that vision to life. About the role
This is an excellent opportunity for someone to support and make an impact across each step of the Instructional Design framework from Analysis all the way through to Evaluation. In this role, you’ll design and deliver engaging digital learning experiences that build skills, confidence, and capability across our teams. From virtual classrooms and interactive modules to blended learning journeys, you’ll create experiences that make learning accessible and enjoyable; anytime, anywhere, and at any pace. You’ll blend creativity, technology, and a passion for people to help our employees grow and perform at their best. Based in Avonmouth on a hybrid working basis, working 2 days per week on site.
Compensation – competitive salary, bonus scheme, pension, 4 x life assurance, healthcare cash plan, 26 days annual leave (plus the opportunity to buy an additional 5 days).
