The Opportunity
As Personal Assistant to our Executive Leadership Team, you'll be the person who brings structure, organisation and efficiency to a busy and dynamic leadership function.
No two days will be the same.
One day you may be coordinating international travel and preparing detailed itineraries, the next you could be organising a leadership meeting, pulling together Board presentations or planning a company charity event.
You'll play a key role in helping our Executive Leadership Team stay organised, informed and connected, ensuring priorities are managed effectively and everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
What You'll Be Doing
Keeping Our Leaders Organised
You'll manage complex diaries, coordinate schedules and ensure leadership priorities are planned effectively.
You'll work closely with the Executive Leadership Team to understand upcoming commitments, manage key meetings and help leaders make the best use of their time.
Coordinating Global Travel
From international travel arrangements and accommodation bookings to detailed itineraries and visitor logistics, you'll ensure every journey is seamlessly planned and executed.
Managing Meetings and Events
You'll coordinate meetings from start to finish, arranging venues, catering, equipment and supporting materials.
You'll prepare agendas, capture actions and ensure all attendees have the information they need to make informed decisions.
Creating Professional Business Communications
You'll help prepare and enhance presentations, Board packs, reports and executive communications, ensuring materials are accurate, professional and delivered to a high standard.
Providing Executive Administration Support
From managing correspondence and email traffic to coordinating business projects and ad hoc requests, you'll provide comprehensive support across a wide range of activities.
Bringing People Together
You'll also help plan and coordinate social events, team activities and charity initiatives that contribute to our culture and colleague experience, helping create memorable moments across the business.
About You
We're looking for someone who is naturally organised, proactive and confident working with senior stakeholders.
You'll bring:
Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
Exceptional organisational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
The confidence to use your judgement and challenge where appropriate
A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and Power Point
Experience working in an international environment across multiple time zones
The ability to manage competing priorities and remain calm under pressure
A professional, approachable and collaborative style
An existing right to work in the UK
