Whatyou’llbe part of:

You’llareat the centre of our Merchandising operation, turning insight into action. Every dayyou’llbe analysing stock and sales data to mark smart, commercial decisions -ensuringthe right products land on the rights ships, in the right quantities atexactlythe right time. Your workwon’tjust sit in aspreadsheet,it willhelp shape performance across our global fleet. Building strong relationships across the businesswill be at the core of your everyday life, working closely with our Buying teams, Area Managers and Shipboard colleague to solve problems, spot opportunities and keep everything moving seamlessly.

Whatyou’llbring:

Youdon’tneed to have done this exact role before -what matters most is the mindset that you bring. You may naturally enjoy analysing data andidentifyingpatterns, have a keen eye for detailand a drive for accuracy and feel comfortable managing multiple priorities at once.You will be a confident communicator, one who has proven experiencing building strong relationships across teams. Whilstexperience in retail, merchandising or supply chain is beneficial, your curiosity,motivationand willingness to learn are just as important.
