We are currently recruiting for an experienced Welder Fabricator to join a well-established manufacturing and engineering business based in Chelmsford, Essex. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Welder Fabricator with experience in TIG, MIG and ARC welding to join a growing company offering competitive rates of pay and long-term career prospects.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out TIG, MIG and ARC welding to a high standard
- Fabricate and assemble metal components from engineering drawings
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately
- Work with a variety of materials including mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium
- Ensure all work is completed to the required quality standards
- Perform quality checks on completed fabrications and welded assemblies
- Maintain a safe and organised working environment
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to meet project deadlines
